Job Description:
1. Responsible for the establishment and daily management of overseas sales teams.2. Develop and execute the company's annual sales plan for server products, and expand the market channels for sales.
3. Analyze industry trends and develop strategies for overseas market channels, promotion, and sales to achieve sales goals.
4. Formulate new customer development plans, explore effective target customers using various channels and development measures.
5. Maintain relationships with existing customers, assist in handling customer complaints, identify potential customer needs, and actively promote cooperation in new projects.
6. Coordinate the work of related departments during project execution, control the timeline and ensure that projects are carried out smoothly according to schedule.
7. Supervise the normal and timely execution of contracts and ensure timely collection of payments.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above, with unlimited majors, fluent English proficiency, and excellent communication skills.2. More than 3 years of sales experience in server/chassis products, with independent development and evaluation capabilities.
3. Familiar with the server industry market and development channels, have product promotion and exhibition experience, and possessing high-quality customer resources is preferred.
4. Strong sense of target, passionate, excellent business development and negotiation skills, and keen market insight.
5. Strong ability to work under pressure, stable family background, good work commitment, and willingness to travel according to work arrangements.
